About the studio
A small studio with real engineering behind the sites.
I’m Maciej Adamski, and I founded dori.studio after twelve years building production systems as an engineer — at IBM, Kyndryl and Michelin. Today it’s a small studio: the people who build your site are the same ones who look after it once it’s live, in Polish or English. No agency layers in between.

Where this comes from
12 years of engineering. IBM, Kyndryl, Michelin.
Twelve years of engineering went in before the studio opened — real production systems at scale, not a freelance résumé. That’s the difference between someone who can put a simple page online and a team that knows how to keep a real business site fast, online, and easy to find for years.
A small studio doesn’t mean a beginner. It means you get that engineering attention directly — without an agency’s layers in between.
The demo isn’t on slides. It’s a client in production.
We keep client sites near the top of Google’s own speed test — and you don’t have to take our word for it. The Stefanik site is a real paying client in a regulated industry, live in production. Open Google’s speed test on it yourself, any time, and see where it lands.

Beyond client work
We build our own things too.
We don’t only build for clients — we build and run our own products too: a premium consumer brand in three languages, a personal-writing site, and a data-engineering practice. Each one pushes the same engine harder — our own products, shown honestly as our own work, never passed off as clients.
How we work
Three principles. No exceptions.
Three things you can hold us to. Not slogans — plain rules that decide what we’ll do, what we’ll turn down, and what the contract guarantees.
One dedicated contact, start to finish
From the first call onward you have one person at the studio looking after you — no being passed between a salesperson, a manager and support, no game of telephone.
An honest price, or no contract
Thirty minutes on the call is enough for a real number. If the budget doesn’t fit the brief, we’ll say so plainly — we’d rather walk away than oversell. No surprise extras later.
We keep the site running
Domain, hosting, monitoring, content updates, fixes — they stay on our side. You don’t get handed a list of passwords to worry about. You go back to your business; we keep the site online.
Enough about us.
Tell us about you.
Book 30 minutes. We’ll listen, ask questions, and pull out what you need. By the end of the call you’ll know whether this makes sense — and what it costs. No deck, no follow-up sequence.
