Privacy policy

What we process and why

• Contact and quotes. When you write, call or book a call, we process the data you choose to share — name, email address, phone number, the content of your message — to reply, schedule the call and prepare your quote (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Visit statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Data is pseudonymised, IP addresses are truncated, and it is never joined with your contact data. Basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can block it in your browser settings or with a Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Booking. Calls are scheduled through Google Calendar — data entered in the booking form is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and reliability.

How long we keep data

Correspondence — as long as the matter you contacted us about requires, plus the period of any potential claims. Statistics — at most 14 months.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data — one email to [email protected] is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Poland: PUODO).

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't send unsolicited messages, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
